Reservation Form
Our booking process combines personalized service and transparency. Here’s how it works in 5 steps:
Web request
Complete a brief form on our website telling us who you are and what you are looking for. We want to get to know you to make sure Nordest is a good fit for you.
Online interview
A video call with our team to answer questions, get to know each other better, and find the ideal apartment for you.
Virtual or in-person tour
Visit your potential new home from wherever you are, or come and see it in person. You can see the spaces, the finishes, and the real atmosphere of the community.
Confirmation and booking
Once you choose your apartment, we will send you the reservation document. You will only have to sign and make the deposit payment of one month, refundable if you cancel 30 days in advance.
Onboarding and welcome
On your arrival day, we will greet you in person: key delivery, introduction to the community, and a small welcome to start your new stage as a Nordester.
