When we chose Madrid Río, we weren’t simply looking for a building. We were looking for a neighbourhood with character, history and a real sense of community.
And that’s exactly what we found.
We know there is an ongoing conversation about how neighbourhoods evolve, and we understand why people care about protecting what makes them special. That’s why we’d like to share what Nordest Living stands for.
At Nordest Living, we don’t want to live alongside the neighbourhood—we want to be part of it.
Helping our residents discover the real Madrid Río
Our goal has never been to change the identity of Madrid Río, but to appreciate it and share it.
We want everyone who stays with us to experience what makes this neighbourhood unique: its parks, its local cafés, its independent shops and, above all, the people who give it its character.
Living like a local
We love recommending the café around the corner, the local bakery or that neighbourhood restaurant everyone ends up returning to.
Because the best way to experience a city isn’t through a guidebook—it’s by becoming part of everyday life.
We hope our residents don’t feel like visitors. We hope they feel like neighbours: respecting the community, supporting local businesses and enjoying Madrid Río with the same appreciation that inspired us to choose it.
Building connections, not just accommodation
When someone leaves Nordest Living, we hope they remember much more than the apartment they lived in.
We hope they remember the neighbourhood that welcomed them, the local businesses they discovered, the people they met and all the small moments that made Madrid Río feel like home.
If they leave with that feeling, we’ll know we’ve achieved what we set out to do.
Because communities aren’t built with buildings.
They’re built through people, relationships and shared experiences.
That’s the Madrid Río we fell in love with, and the one we’re proud to be part of every day.
